The Passionate Shepherd Poem Analysis - 745 Words

This is the intro on the two stories. One story is The Passionate Shepherd and the other poem is called The Nymph’s Reply. And later on in the essay ima talk about are they compare and how they contrast and how they symbol each other. Also I am going to talk about how both of these stories symbolize love. In the poem of The Passionate Shepherd, this poem is containing to about happiness and living a nice life and loving everyone that’s surrounded by you. The poem shows that kind of love by how the sun is shining bright and how the flowers is starting to sprout and how all the trees are growing. The story also shows and talk about good feelings about everything that goes on in the story such like The Shepherds swains shall dance and sing†¦show more content†¦So over time flies by in like a blink of an eye because time never stay it always move and it most likely gonna be gone in no time. So between this two poem’s my favorite would be the first one because the first stories show that it has more happiness and the other one did, and you can see which one has more happiness and joy. In this two poems the first poem is talking about how nature and theme were of the poem. The theme of the first poem was exciting and happy and loving, all because of nature it was the end. Such like it took place in the middle of spring and spring represents blooming flowers and sunny weather and the atmosphere is joyful all the way through. Also with the poem being good as it is it gave a happy ending at the end of the poem. The story Nymphs was like the first poem but different. The poem nymph’s theme and nature were opposite in this poem it was cold and snowing and just a dreadful night skies look. I think the snow in this poem represents cold-hearted and not happy as much and dreading as time goes on in the poem. Also the reason i think the second poem is dreading because snow symbolizes cold but spring symbolizes warm. This is the third paragraph in and this paragraph I am going to be talking about the similarities. The similarities in the poems are there both containing to love but which one shows the most love. Essay on What Makes Steve Jobs Successful - 539 Words

â€Å"You’ve got to find what you love,† I completely agree with Steve Jobs. Everyone searches for happiness and what they live for. He had gone through a lot to figure out what he loved. Steve’s three stories were very influencing. To be young and having to figure out what to do with his future and to make a living, was it worth it for him to do what he loves? He made me think that it was worth it in the end. Steve went through hard times, but ultimately he lived a very successful life. Steve had chosen a college that was not fairly cheap. He chose that school and did not even like attending it. His parents strived to even let him afford to go to college. Eventually he dropped out. He was making his parents happy for going, but he was not†¦show more content†¦Reading from when he dropped out, you would not think that much success would come to him. After he had gotten fired, he was lost for a while. He felt as if he let everyone down. It really dawned o n him, but he knew he wanted to continue doing what he loved. Steve, after five years, created a company called NeXT. Also another named Pixar. Not only did those two companies’ bring him happiness. He had even fallen in love with an amazing woman. To think none of this would have not even happened if he was not fired from Apple. He said that sometimes life hits you with a brick. It is true. But what matters is if you let it keep you down. You have to have faith in what you believe and want to achieve. Anything can happen in your future. Finally, Steve’s last story was about death. At this point I was thinking he had gone through enough and finally was going to gain the happiness he deserved. Unfortunately I was wrong. He had been diagnosed with cancer. He physically saw that in his scan there was a tumor. He went through everything you have to go to when you get diagnosed. He had planned to tell his children, prepare his loved ones, and set everything out for his fami ly. After all he had gone through to live a happy life, there was the brick he was talking about. Eventually Steve had a miracle. The cancer ended up being cured. Never less, to me, that showed that life is anything but predictable. You should not take anything for granted. It has spread its business in different countries in the world like, India, UK America and in many other countries. As it is a multinational company, the working culture of the company is also multi-cultured. Due to this, sometimes, several problems take place within the organization and main problem in multi-cultured working environment is the conflicts between the employees of different culture (Suzuki.hu 2016). During 2011 and 2012, labor dispute happened in Suzuki; however, the management played a vital role in solving the labor dispute problem within the organization. The management of Suzuki is much responsible in solving the problems of its employees. The top management of the company is responsible for preparing and implementing the overall policies and strategies of the company (Morris-Suzuki 2015). There is labor union within Suzuki and the management of the company takes special care of the demand of the union so that no conflict takes place between the management and the union. As per the management of the company, the people or the employees at Suzuki are very co-operative and they believe in team work. In order to maintain the work quality, the management has taken several strategies like, bonus, incentive scheme and contests. The management of Suzuki has disclosed that in recent survey, they have identified that most of the employees in the company are satisfied with the working culture of the company (Globalsuzuki.com 2016). The management of the company is much friendly with its employees and it helps to maintain the relationship with the employees. Along with this, the management also involves the employees of all levels in the decision-making process of the company. The management of the company has focused primarily of four different areas skill development, employee engagement, community development and road safety. The safe driving theme, taken by Suzuki, was one of the main and very effective corporate social activities done by this company. The company provided long training to the employees to achieve the main motto of safe driving or road safety. It has established several training institute to train the employees as well as common people in safe driving. Multi-National Competitive Advantage As a multi-national brand, Suzuki has to face aggressive competition in the market. In order to sustain in the market and achieve the competitive advantage, the company has specially focused on the innovative marketing strategies. For example, the most innovative strategy is the multi segmentation strategy of the Suzuki, which helped the company to target different people from different social classes (Hbr.org 2016). At the same time, it has also taken innovative promotional strategies and one of the most attractive promotional strategies taken by the organization is One Rupee Vehicle Insurance strategy taken by the company in India. The company has taken several corporate social activities and contributed towards the development of communities and its employees. The company has also focused on its marketing, promotional, distributional and production strategies to gain competitive advantage in the market. However, it can improve its performance by following the below recommendations: The management at Suzuki can apply the 360 degree feedback strategy to improve the working standard of the employees in a better way. It helps to understand the individual working standard of the employees.
